Here’s a tasty little recipe that’s super handy to have in the cupboard ready to go during comp season. It adds great flavour and spice to any type of meat and stores easy for when you’re in a rush!


  • 1 TBS Chilli powder
  • 2 TSP Sea salt (can leave this out)
  • 2 TSP Paprika
  • 1 TSP Onion powder
  • ½ TSP Garlic powder
  • ½ TSP Cayenne
  • ½ TSP Ground cumin


Stir well in a bowl and sprinkle on your meat of choice, or store in an airtight container in the cupboard
