As I write this, I’m now officially 2 weeks out from my next comp, the NABBA/WFF Night of Champions. So like most people 2 weeks out, things are getting pretty damn boring when it comes to the diet options…

While prepping burritos for the rest of my household, I came up with this awesome little salsa that I’ve since had on my chicken salad and my fish. Both tasted amazing!!

Here’s all you need:
Clean chilli salsa


  •  2 Chillies
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 1 Handful of coriander
  • Juice from 1/2 lime


  1. Whack in a food processor or whatever you have and hey presto!
