After spending all that time whipping your own butt in the gym, nobody wants it to all go to waste during the holidays…

“Just make Christmas day your cheat day” I’ve read… That’s fine… But whose Christmas celebrations last for one single day? Yeah right…

So I’ve set myself the task of having clean healthy options available at every meal during the 5 days of playing host. It shouldn’t be too hard right??

To add a spanner in the works, I need to do this pretty much secretly.

Mt G’s family are originally from the UK are very used to eating that way. Lots of stuffing, cakes, pies and really heavy carbs are always on the menu when we go to visit the in-laws. I need to come up with a plan that suits everyone, or at least tricks the not-so-health-conscious into thinking that I’m submitting to a horrible, no-fun dieting Christmas.
