Recipe

  • 1 scoop cookies & cream WPI protein power
  • 1 Tbs no sugar, no salt smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs no/low fat cottage cheese
  • 200 mls unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 mls water

Blend until smooth!
